At the front and alongside of the house there is plenty of room to park your car. Although the house has a lovely entrance at the front you preferably enter Iskola Ház at the backside. Immediately you are located in the hall.

The hall (7 m²) is a central place in the house. If you walk straight on, you will enter the living room with the sunroom and two bedrooms. On your left hand you will find the kitchen and the bathroom. Immediately to the right is the upper room from which you can reach the attic.

In the hall you will find one of the two toilets and a large broom closet with a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, rotary dryer etc.

The original classroom (45 m²) now serves as the living room. We chose a combination of authentic furniture and western comfort. A TV, DVD player and stereo are available. There is also underfloor heating (wood burning) so the atmosphere is agreeable even in winter.

The dining table offers several possibilities, for example playing party games.

The hall (14 m²), where once the school was entered by the pupils, has now become the sunroom. This room is an ideal place for reading a book or playing a game. But of course there is also the possibilty of just withdrawing oneself.

The couch in the sunroom could also easily be turned into a sofa bed. This creates the nice possibility to use the sunroom as an extra bedroom.

The spacious kitchen (12 m²) is fully equiped: ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, bread maker, kettle, coffee maker and lots of storage. Cutlery and crockery is widely available.

The bathroom (5 m²) contains the shower and 2^nd toilet (the other toilet is in the hall). The water is heated by means of a boiler. Here is also a washing machine (not shown).

In the master bedroom (10 m²) you will find twin beds with excellent mattresses. Also, a large wardrobe is available.

There is also a sink in this room.

In the children's room (9 m²) a bunk bed is available. There is also a single bed, so in total you can use three beds here. They have excellent mattresses.

The mezzanine room (8 m²) is situated at the rear end of the house and therefore the coolest room. During the summer months this makes it the most appropriate place for the bed of your baby / toddler. But an single bed can also easily be put down here.

The spacious attic (38 m²) offers many opportunities. Here are five single beds to which 2 folding beds can be added. Three of them on the left.

On the right you see the other two excellent single beds. Also a wardrobe is available and a bookcase with books for all ages.

The attic also has a stage! This is a great place for children to have their own performances. There are lots of toys for both boys and girls as well.

The house has 3 terraces. The 1^st terrace (37 m²) is an extension of the living room. It is completely covered so you can relax in the shade enjoying the peace around you. By using an ingenious mosquito system covering the whole terrace you are able to sit outside undisturbed also in the evening!

From this terrace you overlooks the garden and are you having a great view on the fruit trees, walnut and acacia. Also you can keep an eye on the swimming pool. And in the evening you can admire the deer seeking feed at the field for the house.

The 2^nd terrace (11 m²) is located by the swimming pool. It is lovely here to stay and possible for example cosy to barbecue.

The 3^rd terrace (17 m²) is situated behind the house on the side of the kitchen. Here is a basket prepared ​​(variable height). There is also a sandbox. For all the terraces is of course applicable that you can use the garden sets, consisting of chairs, loungers, table and parasol.

The garden (4100 m²) offers many opportunities for leisure. There are fruit trees, where you are allowed to reap the fruits of. Furthermore, a football goal with the official sizes. For smaller children there are also 2 small goals available. The garden is completely fenced so your children can not accidentally run away.

At the front of the house is a trampoline (ø 3.80 m), always a success with the kids.

Of course there is also a private swimming pool (8.20 m x 4.20 m x 1.20 m), indispensable in this hot country. Recently the pool is fenced (not yet on picture), so very suitable for little children!

Lovely swinging and climbing at the playset!

For sports people is also a volleyball court with net available.

You can ride horse on one of the neighboring riding schools. However, in the rear garden is a horse manger (30 m x 20 m) with a little stable. You can stable your own horse if you are granted the opportunity.
